Refund policy

At Trenvora, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Once your return is approved and received, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
